- 4 eggs eggs
- 50 g shredded cheese
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 80 g bacon (optional)
3-egg omelette with cheese and spinach, add bacon if wanted.
Dinner
mince taco bowl
- 300 g beef mince
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (low carb)
- 2 cup lettuce
- 40 g shredded cheese
- 1 whole avocado (optional)
Brown mince with seasoning. Serve over lettuce with cheese + avocado.
